This is a great company. We ordered a charger cord for our Dyson cleaner. The charger arrived promptly a couple of days later. Unfortunately, on receipt of the charger, it did not fit and we realised we had ordered incorrectly. We contacted the company who immediately sent us return free postage details. We returned the charger and the full refund was in our bank account a couple of days later. Thank you for such a fabulous service.
