About this product

Product Information

There's nothing wrong with living in the now -except that it's only part of our story. If we underuse or misuse our past, we're losing a tremendous source of wisdom and self-knowledge. The problem isn't the past itself, it's that we don't use it well. John Schuster exposes the many ways we ignore, distort, or become captive to our pasts and explains how we can tap into this underutilized treasure trove. He shows how to systematically recall key images and experiences that have influenced us, for good or ill, and reclaim the positive experiences-deepen our understanding of their impact and use them to guide our going forward. The negative experiences must be recast-reinterpreted so that they no longer lessen our possibilities but rather serve to expand our understanding of who we are and what we can be. Schuster's enlightening and entertaining stories as well as simple and compelling techniques will enable you to make your past sing and play and work for you.

Fantastic seller! My item took longer than normal to arrive but that's due to them sending me the wrong dvd. Not to worry though, I contacted them and they arranged for the correct dvd to be sent out. My item has now arrived and the dvd was in excellent condition (brand new as described) and it was very well packaged. I would also like to say that the value for money is excellent. I highly recommend this seller, thank you so much! The issue with the wrong dvd was quickly rectified .

Book arrived safely packaged in perfect order. Item as described, new. Thank you Rarewaves Outlet. Fascinating book, great addition to my collection. Great price. Would recommended this seller. No communication needed with seller, so don't know what to rate with regards to communication (please dont take lack of feedback on this matter as a negative). Thanks again.

This vinyl is really reasonably priced and I love that it is one of the more unusual colours. It arrived well packaged, undamaged and looks as described. It arrived late, due to Royal Mail's Festive rush, but was dispatched by the seller really quickly. When I contacted them to ask where it was, they replied really quickly with a helpful solution. Such good customer service, so strongly recommend. Really happy with my purchase.
