Packing and shipping was perfect. Shipped quickly and well packed. The shoes were as described except they failed to mention that yes, the shoes are a size 9 but they fit like a size 8. They run very small. I will give them the benefit of the doubt that they did not know that. On the upside, I bought some shoe stretchers and they fit nicely now.
