I was surprised when only the Knobs arrived as the description and picture was of the whole clamp. I realise now that why the price was so cheap. The seller offered a partial refund and I ordered another 8 knobs . I accepted the refund and waited for my second order to arrive but was surprised when I received refund for that order. I messaged them again saying ! guess I won't be getting the £2 refund or 8 knobs and they said the knobs were on the way. I now have to pay them for the 8 less the £2

Do not use this seller I purchased a brand new item but when it came the box looked like it was second hand... ripped and beaten up although the item its self was fine I dont feel like I can give the item as a present for Xmas... I asked for some money off so I could get an extra gift to makeup for the state of the gift and they granted me £2+vat ... I've given up trying to get this resolved this is why I've decided to give a bad feed back
