    After carefully pondering this sale I've decided to leave my feed back. The buy it now transaction was fast and expedited by seller very quickly. IMO, the problem was caused by USPS mis-handling my shipment, and of course I held the seller responsible and not USPS facility. I do think the seller has to bare some of the responsibility for incorrectly sending my order by Ground and not PRIORITY MAIL as it is clearly stated in item description (Pop-up note). Apologies for my scathing letter.
