Awkward to use
Very difficult to maintain pressure and ratchet the cutter at the same time. I found it best to use tape to keep the paper from turning and making partially cut circles. My wife has Arthritis and it is impossible for her to use. It will not cut card stock or very thin papers easily.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

It’s a fairly good circle cutter. I was using it to cut 4” circles out of skateboard deck grip sheet. It was a little difficult but after about cutting 3 circles I got the technique down and it got easier. Basically the thicker the material the harder it gets. I cut a lot of circles for the items I make. Prior to this, I used to trace a template on the felt and cut the circles out by hand with scissors.
