We ordered the cover new. The cover came damaged so we contacted the seller, the seller asked for a ton of pictures probably to file a claim with shipping to get reimbursed for the item then offered us $50 off the item which wouldn’t even fix the hole in the cover. Since then there has been zero correspondence from the seller. Bad transaction now we have a piece of junk for $400! Do not buy from this seller we will be filling a claim
