I received the model complete and undamaged with no complaints about the shipping, quality, or the communication on the part of the seller. They went out of their way to contact the postal service when they noticed the tracking hadn't updated and contacted me to let me know what was going on ahead of me contacting them myself. The USPS in my area can be pretty bad at times and they often say they leave notices when they don't actually leave one. I usually have to rely on the tracking info.
