Ordered item on the 4/1 /24. Said choose click and collect at checkout, and advertised the item as 25km from me. Tried to check out, but only got the free postage option.
They listed the item as posted on the 5/1/24, but immediately updated the expected delivery to between the 11/1/24 and the 16/1/24. In other words they took my money then ordered it themselves from a cheaper vendor. Item never showed up. Had to wait till the 16/1/24 for a refund.
