For anyone having trouble with the computer recognizing the wifi card.
First download the drivers from the intel website for the right chip. Both Bluetooth If that also doesn’t work or your computer can’t find the drivers you installed have windows check for the updates through a windows update. (Your computer needs to have wifi some other way)
After working for two hours doing random things and after leaving it connected to wifi windows found the driver updates for me and then I restarted🙏

Totally disappointed with product. Required connecting very tiny wire leads that took over 30 minutes with struggling as they were so tiny. Then the drivers from the website would not download due to security issues. Computer did not recognize the network card. Item was returned. Ordering new network adapter that simply plugs into slot with no assembly.
