Tube was ruptured and leaking into packing. Sorry No Photo as partner opened it and cleaned up mess. I was in hospital so I couldn't respond earlier as only just seeing the product now. Neutral is better than Negative as not sure who's fault but packaging needs to be addresses on a TUBE that's crushable.
