Item was advertised as new. It arrived damaged. I contacted the seller and they responded by asking me if the item was still usable and asked if I would accept a partial refund. I responded by asking how much of a partial refund? It has been two weeks and I have sent multiple messages to the seller with no response. I am out of time to order another item so I had to use the damaged part and pay the full price.

Received item as described and shipped promptly. AAA+ EBAYER! I would suggest shipping windshields wrapped but also in cardboard. We got lucky this time. The W/S wasn't damaged. I found it laying in my gravel driveway where the delivery guy left it. I was surprised it wasn't in a box. I used to sell Memphis Shades W/S in my shop. They always came in s box. No harm no foul. Would definitely buy from you again.
