    How to : spare tire kit for Porsche 987/997 for a reasonable price

    This works for 987 and 997 as those cars do not come with a spare tire or a jack for that matter. Buying a spare kit from Porsche would run in excess of 1k USD. Combining one of these with a space saver tire as used in Porsche 986/996 would build a spare kit for a reasonable cost

    Better than AAA for sure!

    Well it did arrive, but no large washer or nut arrangement. I had to go to the hardware store to get the pieces and put it together. Now I just need to find the tire/ tool kit cover for this. Thanks, Rick

    Perfect light weight scissor jack for use in a Tesla Model 3

    Purchased this scissor jack for use in a Tesla Mod 3 which has no spare or jack. It is light weight and built low enough to fit beneath the Tesla's low frame. This type jack (aluminum and well constructed) was recommended by contributors to the Tesla club as some of us "older" drivers still insist on having a spare and a way to install one! A quality previously used product was received in good time and in excellent condition.
