Hallo, ich habe immer sachlich und ordentlich kommuniziert. Der KĂ€ufer hat das Paket angenommen, obwohl dieses stark gestaucht war, er hat es dem Paketzusteller nicht gesagt. Wenn man demjenigen nichts sagt, der fĂŒr die Zustellung zustĂ€ndig ist, ist man halt selber Schuld. Da kann ich nichts mehr machen.
