    I have to say that the glass bottle of squid oil arrived broken in its packaging, leaking all over. Although the bottle was bubble wrapped, it was sent in brown paper packaging - NOT a good idea. I contacted this merchant right away, and the next day got a reply with a full refund the same day. The company told me that EBAY is responsible for packaging, so I can't blame the merchant, who handled the transaction as best they could, so I give them a great rating.

    Ordered a set of two plastic oven bar end caps with screws for $94. I got was an open package of one end cap & no screws. Contacte the seller, they told me ask for a refund & they would pay me back when the item was returned. They didnt offer to replace the missing item, I had to do all the work to fix their mess up! No quality control of what they shipped out & very poor customer service. Not pleased with the company,,their service or the product they supplied.. Got a canned "I'm sorry" reply

    the product was BETTER than described and was delivered sooner than promised. What was bad was EBAY promised a $5 discoiunt for anythng I pjurchased and it would be applied when I piurchased something,. They did not pay the $5. The good news is I would reorder the product and do it confidently from this vendor. I just woukd not trust EBAY on any cimmitments they make.

    Used, but a great value

    The weeder is well built. No plastic parts. All moving parts work as they should. It does the job it is intended for. It's slightly harder to use than another brand but it may just be me. A little more practice may improve my technique.

    Works until breaks

    Sorry to give this a one-star rating. I used it for about 15 hours at the most, and loved the way it pulled up the Queen Anne's Lace weeds that I am trying to rid from my rose beds and surrounding areas. It got most of them up, tap root and all, in one try, and usually a second go would get the rest of the root if the first time was not effective. It was a pleasure to use, I would go out for what I thought would be an hour before or after dinner to plug away at the weeds, and I would forget the time because it was so easy and effective...and then the bottom fork, that acts as part of the pincher mechanism and is a fulcrum for the whole tool, broke off at the narrowest point. If there were a heavy duty extra strength version of this tool, even at a heavy duty extra high price, I ...

    Perfect for prairie restoration

    I use this for a specific purpose -- to remove invasive species from a 100 acre restored prairie. It's lightweight so I can carry it easily and strong enough and designed well enough to lever out species with 6" taproots -- particularly 'goatsbeard.' If it works for me on the prairie, it will work on the lawn. I like the 'eject' feature, too, so there is no bending down whatever. Takes a little getting used to in order to develop a technique. I place the wide side of the jaws over the plant, step on the lever to push down into the sod, and then with my foot on the lever, rock it back a forth first before giving a slight twist to the handle to 'lever' it out of the ground. I remove hundreds and hundreds of goatsbeard plants in 2 hrs. Used to use a spade, but not anymore.

    Great yard tool

    Looked at this and the Fiskars- this one definitely the better of the 2. All metal construction and solid as can be. Weed removal is exceptionally easy and simple. Able to remove dandelions, etc. in less than 10 sec/weed so it definitely has my vote of confidence

    Yard Butler Rules!

    The yard Butler has helped me drastically in my backyard. No more bending over or hands & fingers getting sore. Works best in damp/soft soil small or tall weeds it can pull them all. With the push of the spring loaded ejector the weeds go flying off!
