    I had ordered a light grey hat, however, I received a tan hat from this seller. This seller does not accept returns. I did reach out to seller to inform that the wrong product was sent , they did not reply. I am not happy and I do not recommend this seller. I feel that they should acknowledge their mistake.

    You did not message us until 30 days after delivery. I can not believe I have to defend this, but I'm sorry your $19 free shipping hat didn't live up to your standard shade of light grey/tan. If the shading difference in a hat sets you off 30 days after delivery, I don't think the hat is the reason you're unhappy.
