Tube was ruptured and leaking into packing. Sorry No Photo as partner opened it and cleaned up mess. I was in hospital so I couldn't respond earlier as only just seeing the product now. Neutral is better than Negative as not sure who's fault but packaging needs to be addresses on a TUBE that's crushable.

Updated: Seller refunded but asked for revising the feedback. Tbh, I don t revise feedback because I had to wait for 1.5 months for nothing. Still 1 star.
