Although seller has a perfect record, in my case, the item arrived missing some hardware needed for me to use it. This was not stated in the description. Not a big deal for me, as I was able to get the parts at the hardware store. I informed the seller of this error six days ago but got no response, which is not ideal from the buyer's standpoint. I am otherwise satisfied with the item and the speed at which it arrived.
