    How dare you say my remarks are untrue! Evri did not attempt to deliver the item 3 times if you check their app it states unable to deliver due to size of box! They would have to get a different courier to deliver. They put this excuse two times they then told me via email after I got in touch with them that they had lost the parcel! I contacted eBay to say it hadn’t arrived & they said I would hear from you - that didn’t happen. If you had messaged me then you wouldn’t have had this feedback.

    Your remarks are not entirely true .Evri did not lose the item 3 attempts were made to deliver which were unsuccessful. In your first message you said the item was to heavy. What did you mean by this. We did have a bank holiday and a refund was initiated on the first working day after it. E Bay gave me until the 27th Aug. to resolve this which has been done . It would be appreciated if you would remove this inaccurate feedback
