I’m keeping the item because I need it. It wasn’t NEW at all. Came in a plain plastic bag. The etching is fading… seller claimed it was never done correctly! STORZ doesn’t take out faulty products to the market. It works but seller should have listed as it is…. USED!!!

A product isn’t faulty because etching is slightly fading. Etchings unfortunately do fade in time. Price was reduced by over $80 because of this situation. PRODUCT WAS BRAND NEW.
