Unfortunately the item I ordered was lost in transit by the carrier. After messaging the seller they looked into it and offered a full refund and told me to keep the item if it turns up. Refund was quick, professional seller, wouldn’t put me of dealing with again. Thank you for your help

The item is as described however very dissapointed with the sellers communication. The seller underpaid postage resulting in me having to pay the difference. When I asked for this to be refunded they were unwilling to. Cost me 70% more than it should have due to seller mistake, very poor customer service.
