The poster arrived well packaged in a hard cardboard poster tube. The poster itself had a pattern of crinkle marks across the middle 3rd of the image; Poster paper was standard, thin quality, as opposed to the "high quality paper" the listing touted. I contacted the seller, and they immediately issued a refund, after checking their other same posters and realizing they too were of lower quality poster paper. Excellent customer service! A+ seller
