Die Frage Wie kann Leitung im Konfliktfeld zwischen Leitungsrolle und Teammitgliedschaft gelingen? soll erforscht werden. Um diese Frage klaren zu koennen wird zunachst einmal der Begriff des Teams naher beleuchtet. Wie entwickelte sich dieser Begriff? Was ist ein Team? Und welche Bedeutung liegt in der Rollenverteilung? Diese Fragen sollen in den ersten drei Punkten erlautert werden. Im folgenden Punkt werden Faktoren, die zu einer gelingenden Teamarbeit fuhren, aufgezeigt. Anschliessend wird geklart welche Kompetenzen ein erfolgreicher Leiter, besitzen sollte. Besonderes Augenmerk moechte ich auf die Soziale Kompetenz legen, die eine wichtige Voraussetzung fur erfolgreiches Fuhren darstellt. Abschliessend erfolgt im Fazit eine Ergebniszusammenfassung, wie eine gute Leitung im Konfliktfeld der unterschiedlichen Positionen von Teammitglied und Leitung gut gelingen kann.
