A great resource to bakers who are milling their own grains. I was milling wheat grain for my own yeast bread but this resource expands to using other grains & other baked goods such as quick breads, muffins, pancakes, cookies, cake, etc. The intro also gives an excellent motivation for milling your own grains vs buying foods made with highly processed flours full of additives. A really complete resource!
