While I never received the item above, it was not due to a lack of service on the part of Juke Gaming.
I was contacted about it, and after a quick investigation, it was determined that USPS had a part in the mishandling of the item I purchased.
This review is more for the company s exemplary service in handling it (and my somewhat unjustifiably bad attitude afterward). Their service was that of a company that cares!

Purchased on eBay and did the local pickup with only about an hour left in the day. Did not think my item would be ready, but decided to give a call about 15 minutes before closing time just to see if I would be able to pick up same day. Sure enough they said I was good and I headed to the store. Item was packaged in one of those nice little plastic clamshell cases, the owner went to the back grabbed it, handed me the item while shaking my hand. It was another very good sales experience.
