    If you need real arch support try these.

    They're made out of a harder plastic than foam or gel 😅 so they may take getting used to. You have 3 arch height options. I was pretty used to them but if you don't wear them religiously you'll have to keep dealing with the discomfort of getting used to them again and again. But depends how long you don't wear them and the firmness can feel good.
