Seller stayed in touch with me throughout the buying process answering all my questions. The phone was like new. It asid open box condition and it was. Only problem I had was arriving on time. Seller shipped it next day like promised. It was time sensitive she to my mom's birthday. However it was late. It stated 2 to 4 day delivery. I got it 6 days after purchase which isn't a huge deal. So overall I would most surely recommend this seller their word is good on their product condition.
