I fitted this WARN VRX35 winch & I fed out & went to re-spool the cable under light load & it just pulled out of the drum as no cable puck was fitted from the factory, which is probably in Mexico or China. WINCHWORLD was hopeless in helping me get the cable puck kept asking for photo's of something that was missing. After owning many WARN winches over the years this will be my last. They don't make them like they used to & a warranty claim is a major hassle/impossible with WINCHWORLD.
