Takahiro was extremely easy to work with. Whenever I had any questions or concerns, he was able to resolve them as soon as possible despite the significant time difference between us. The camera was described as near mint but what I got was basically brand new. Shipping time was a little delayed but Takahiro reassured me that the item was on it way and was mainly a customs issue. If I had to recommend purchasing Japanese goods, I would recommend purchasing with him.
