    Fun and effective

    The entire Prime Time series is amazing. You get a fabulous workout without overexerting. Jane makes sure each exercise is done safely and effectively. I've been doing Jane Fonda workouts off and on since the 90s, so I've always been a fan. I like to alternate the Prime Time workout with my more strenuous workouts for a bit of variety. Jane's Prime Time workouts are perfect because not only does she explain and teach, she also focuses on proper form. Safety and proper form are important because we work out to stay healthy, not to be injured. You won't be disappointed. The Prime Time series is both fun and effective, in my opinion.

    Easy to follow-do all or part

    This DVD contains: a warm up, 3 different low impact workout and a cool down. Plus some extra stuff like a meditation. You can do the warm up and just one work out or all three. She had people of different sizes and ages, thank goodness! And all with a small live band! Love it. Good job Jane and crew!
