A quality product of even size and density
I originally purchased a cheaper, softer foam but the size varied too much so I gave them to a friend. These are very regular in size making them easier to lay to a flick line. I applied them on the ceiling and used almost 1L of contact adhesive per square metre. So for this 15m2 I used almost 12L of adhesive. If I was to do it again I'd lay them diagonally so the joints aren't so obvious and I'd get the undercoat for the plaster board tinted black.
