Communication was fine. Shipping was fine Light came with no install instructions. Light requires a power source box - barely mentioned in the description and is only shown for 3 seconds in the video. Power source box is quite ugly, with wires showing, and a dust collector in my surgery room. Required an electrician to install. Too big for an 8' ceiling - even though it was produced for an 8' ceiling - it hangs to low. Arm pieces and light appear well made.
