Very disappointed and annoyed. I purchased this product as I required exactly what they have pictured here in their Ebay advertisement description and pictures. They advertise and picture the product as stainless steel but upon receiving the product it is only partially stainless steel. The flanges and bolt they sent me are poor quality mild steel and not the stainless steel as per their Ebay post. This is a dirrect violation of eBay's rules and consumer law. Basically scammers.
