The seller realized that his manufacturer had sent the wrong carat weight in the pendant to me, and offered to send a new one at the right carat weight. I chose to have a full refund instead. Within a few days time, seller sent me my full refund back, shipping back would have been too costly, I assume, so seller had me keep the wrong size pendant.
