Complained to the supplier, who basically said they can't be held responsible for the way the courier handles their packages. Didn't even offer to replace the package. Offered just over half the value as a refund. Absolutely SHOCKING company to have had the unfortunate pleasure of dealing with. First and only time buying from these people. Won't let me leave NEGATIVE FEEDBACK!! SHOCKING
