I have played just about every Fifa Game that has ever been made. And this Fifa 2011 is rated as ok, and not as great. It is step up from Fifa 2010 with graphics that are just little bit better, but the basic gaming of the characters is basically the same. The only difference I saw in the new game is that now in career mode you don't go by a point system, where you can up your character by addimg points to his stats, but rather by how well you play in a game. Also in career mode you actually compete against other players for the starting role, so if you don't play good in a game .. Guess what you have to sit out about three games, which I found to be boring due to that I like to play every game in the season. But if you have the patience and are hardcore fan this should be the game for you.Read full review
Let’s blame the World Cup hangover because there’s just something about FIFA 11 that fails to spark our passion in the same way as last year’s sublime effort. It seems as though the team at EA Canada has decided this year’s version is all about refinement, developing the ideas that the team first introduced back in FIFA 08, tidying up its rough edges and holding back on anything perhaps considered a little too drastic. There’s no denying FIFA 11 clearly makes improvements over last year’s version and as such plays a better game of football, it’s just the fact that it all seems a little underwhelming with marginal behind the scenes improvements on the pitch and severe reduction in the condensed assortment of modes on offer. 360 Fight for Possession is such an addition, a welcome dynamic that makes scuffles for the ball more engaging and less predictable. It reduces the brutal efficiency of pressing an opponent as the player with the ball stands a better chance of holding onto it or at least holding up the play. That said, the canned animation sequences evidently need a little more variety. Perhaps the most important change is the introduction of Pro Passing, which effectively makes it harder to pass the ball around the pitch. It’s been designed as a bridge to narrow the gap between those who opt for Manual and those who choose Auto Assist and brings an end to the pinball like momentum for those who choose the latter. That’s not to say you can’t play one-touch, tiki-taka, football, but that it just requires a little more skill and puts greater emphasis on the player performing the pass. Which brings us to Personality+, perhaps the biggest introduction to the title and undoubtedly something that will provide the momentum for the series to continue developing over the next few years. It means individual players perform on the virtual pitch as you’d expect to see them in the real world thanks to a fairly comprehensive database of player stats and traits. Its influence over virtually everything FIFA offers is unmissable, whether it’s wing backs who think they’re forwards streaming up the wings (and leaving space at the back), or tenacious box-to-box midfielders covering every blade of grass. More significantly it ties in with the various other additions and improvements so pass masters will be able to produce pin point passes where others fail and hard-hitting attackers will find it easier to hold the ball up and fend off the defender. FIFA 11 is evidently driven more by stats and now presents a much more authentic experience as a result. However whether or not it’s really a standout feature to get excited about is questionable, particularly when FIFA did a reasonable job of faking it in the past. Chiefly its appearance seems to be a response to grievances the studio had with imbalance in previous versions of FIFA. As David Rutter told us earlier in the year, “if you wanted to win at FIFA 10 or FIFA 09 or FIFA 08 you took the strongest players and the fastest players and you played with that team, the nuances of everything else that is football was completely lost.” So FIFA 11 makes the improvements on the pitch that we’d expect, albeit ones that don’t take significant strides forwards for the franchise but do at least provide greater parity and honest admissions. Some of the features you can clearly see providing the groundwork for the series to evolve in the future, others seem less so.Read full review
FIFA Soccer 11 features a completely new way of playing, because you can think and react with the controlin his hand at a new mode called " Be AGoalkeeper " (Be AGoalkeeper ) . For the first time in the history of football, you can play 11 against 11 online, with 22 players on the field being controlled by human users. A series of new customization tools that allow fans to leave the FIFA Soccer 11 with their guys. FIFA Soccer 11 redefines the concept of authenticity of the players - with and without the ball - in every corner of the field. Through the new feature + Personality, individual skills are found in even more precise, allowing a clear differentiation of each athlete. Moreover, now the accuracy of passes depends on the skill of whom is in control in hand, the quality of the athlete on the field, the situation and conditions of the moment. You can also experience a true freedom of man to man in interactions with a system of dispute ball that turns 360 ° in the physical play of just pushing the sides in battles full body.Read full review
I love the realism when coming into the game. With the Pro camera angle you really feel like your that player. Also, the personality that each player has, and 360 fighting just causes for an all around intense game. I have been playing Fifa since '06 and wow this game is really going to escalate throughtout the years. I can't wait for Fifa 12! I would mention the cons, but not worth I love the game to much to do that.
Overall improvements from FIFA 09 are noticeable the moment you start the game. 360 control is great, and makes the game even more difficult, even though there are known real football players which run faster in real matches, but in FIFA 11 they are easily caught by the defense. Another let down from FIFA 09, on career mode they removed the "send scouting" to buy new players, that makes buying new players for teams in smaller leagues.
There’s no denying FIFA 11 clearly makes improvements over last year’s version and as such plays a better game of football, it’s just the fact that it all seems a little underwhelming with marginal behind the scenes improvements on the pitch and severe reduction in the condensed assortment of modes on offer. You can score headers from the top of towering jumps or cheeky, low nods at the far post. Players can pea-roll a fluky long range bobbler or curl a graceful effort into the top corner. The ball can bounce off glove, boot, shin or shoulder before it hits the net - and all of this means that FIFA 11 will keep on surprising you. I really like the GAME....

Great experience.....the movement of the players are more realistic and the IA control really well the opponents..I a fan of the series since the beginning and the improvements are better year after year.......recommended if you like the soocer..the only bad is you can't import your pro-player profile from FIFA 10
8.5 Presentation Everything has the expected level of polish and the new leaderboards setup is a welcome addition. 8.5 Graphics Relatively unchanged from last year, but thankfully that's not a bad thing. New physical interactions help the overall look of the soccer. 8.5 Sound The commentary is as solid as ever and the soundtrack seems better than in years past. I'd like to hear more chatter on the pitch, though. The new ability to customize chants is wonderful. 9.0 Gameplay Personality Plus does some nice things, but the AI still needs some tuning when it comes to aggressiveness. The flow of the soccer in FIFA 11 is as great as ever. 8.5 Lasting Appeal Not being able to carry over your Be A Pro is a real shame. Online modes are robust as ever and any of the career modes will take you quite awhile to complete, while remaining fun throughout. 8.5 OVERALL GreatRead full review
If you're a casual footie fan, then this game will be slightly complicated and just about good. But if you're in any way a real fan or you've played FIFA before, then you NEED to get this game. The controls are excellent, the graphics and gameplay are excellent, and as for the customized chants? Wait until you hear your fans taunting the your opponents then tell me you don't like it. The Career mode is okay, not excellent, but why would FIFA MANAGER exist if it was? The online modes are great also, and this is a good buy.
