      Instructions very complicated to set up. Not recommended for the elderly who don't understand tech. Do not buy this for your mum or dad. The app is a nightmare! Took forever to arrive via post.

      You're the first person to complain!. Setup process is very simple. If you had trouble understanding, we were here to offer assistance but you never contacted us. You just go straight to leaving negative feedback to damage our businesses reputation. Feel better now?! We've sold many devices without any issues and these are a perfect device for seniors wellbeing. Item was delivered within the specified timeframe. Actually earlier then stated on eBay.
