My wife ordered the wrong tail light for her VW, and I wound up returning it as soon as I opened the box in which it was delivered, but this seller not only shipped that part well-packaged but was pretty good about handling the refund when it was clearly not the seller's fault that the wrong part was ordered. STAY AWAY!!! Takes forever to ship. Seller is a liar. Parts don't come from Buffalo as stated. When asked if i could pick up. They claimed they didn'tdo that. However it was reallybecause he didn'thave the part . It came from WV instead. Ebay should ban this Seller and start making sellers accountable for what they signed up for.
