Vielmehr zeichnen sich von 1945 bis 1989 drei exemplarische Herangehensweisen ab. Die Autorin setzt die Einrichtung der Kartellaufsicht zu der geschichtlichen Entwicklung in Beziehung, legt Widerspruche offen und identifiziert weitere Faktoren, die massgeblich zur Schaffung eines freien Wettbewerbs beigetragen haben koennen.
