Oft sind dabei die Gesprachsteilnehmer einander bekannt oder zumindest uber gemeinsame Interessen verbunden. Friend- oder Buddylists ermoeglichen, mit Chatpartnern dauerhaft in Kontakt zu bleiben, sofern gewunscht. Profile und Anzeigebilder geben moeglicherweise Aufschluss uber die Person, die vor dem Computermonitor sitzt. Mit Omegle (www.omegle.com) hat ein russischer Schuler 2009 ein puristisches Chatportal geschaffen, dass den Nutzer mit einem anderen Nutzer irgendwo auf der Welt verbindet. Jegliche Komfortfunktionen fehlen, weder Nicknames noch Profilbilder geben Anhaltspunkte uber die Identitat der jeweiligen Chatteilnehmer. Da zur Nutzung von Omegle keinerlei Informationen noetig sind, sind Gesprachspartner, einmal auf Disconnect geklickt, nicht mehr auffindbar. Die voellige Anonymitat der Omegle-Nutzer bietet sich geradezu an, neue Identitaten zu erschaffen. Ein vierzigjahriger Japaner kann sich als achtzehnjahrige Kanadierin ausgeben ohne dass sein Chatpartner eine Moeglichkeit hat zu uberprufen, ob dessen Angaben stimmen. Geschlecht, Alter und Nationalitat sind nur Woerter, eingegeben in einem Chatfenster. Dies fuhrt zu folgender Fragestellung: Inwiefern beeinflusst die voellige Anonymitat der Omegle-Nutzer ihr Kommunikationsverhalten im Hinblick auf ihre Online-Selbstdarstellungen, bzw. virtuellen Identitaten?

Fantastic seller! My item took longer than normal to arrive but that's due to them sending me the wrong dvd. Not to worry though, I contacted them and they arranged for the correct dvd to be sent out. This vinyl is really reasonably priced and I love that it is one of the more unusual colours. It arrived well packaged, undamaged and looks as described.
