Dieser Band dokumentiert die Beitraege zu einem deutsch-brasilianischen Symposium zum Thema Transitional Justice, das im Juli 2012 an der Goethe-Universitaet Frankfurt am Main stattfand. Kooperationspartner war unter anderem die Amnestiekommission des brasilianischen Justizministeriums.
