We we're in a bit of a hurry to receive what we purchased to coordinate timing with a contractor. Without asking or mentioning, Dan shipped it ASAP and it made it from California to the East coast in amazing timing. There was an issue that had nothing to do with Dan (a Shipper caused issue). Dan was so great to work with to help resolve. Would buy from him again in a heartbeat.
