The product arrived within the delivery window that was stated! Clear communication when the product was shipped and proper shipping information. The item was well packaged and yes even though it was used, it did not require much cleaning, nothing more than you would expect from a used part. The part was 100% that was described and worked nearly flawlessly. The outcome of my son's car was great and would give a big thumbs-up.
