Shipping is via DHL & the driver was so hopeless he delivered a completely different model. We rang the recipient of this model (which is displayed on a sticker on the box), who said he also received yet another person's TV. We tracked down buyer #3 & the DHL driver and got the driver to reverse engineer this mess. Sony wasn't helpful at all and didn't provide any refund or incentive for us wasting our afternoon sorting out their mess from 3 buyers, not even a thank you initially. Not happy.
