This was my first experience with ebay and my very last! Horrible experience! Not at all pleased with any of this. The seller tried to blame the carrier and said that I had to file the claim. Not true! The seller has to file the claim and not the buyer! Now that she knows that she is responsible, mum is the word! No communication at all! Part of the issue was that she used a USPS box for a UPS delivery. UPS does not cover claims when this is done. I am out $53.17 for broken.items.
