Seller not honest. Has relisted MRC-6430 and still not disclosing the unit is completely dead. Seller claimed: it powered up & was working when pulled. It can be tested without keypad using iOS app. Took 6 days to ship out. Once received, unit did NOT power up at all--COMPLETELY dead! Pros: The seller did respond promptly to questions and offered a $60 refund. I offered to cover $45 in shipping costs. In the end eBay stepped in to resolve and asked me to ship the unit back for a full refund.

Never claimed this item was in working condition, I wouldn't have listed it as "for parts or not working" and sold it for 1/10th of its working value if it did. I offered him almost the entire price he paid for the unit back as a courtesy (allowing him to keep item for almost free), but he wanted to open a case. Guy didn't read my description and was looking for a deal and wants to blame me for sending a broken unit. It was sold as-is for parts which was clearly stated.
