I contacted seller when the item didn't arrive. Supposed to be shipping from LA, Calif to Phoenix. Even snail mail should only be a few days.
After a week, you can tell from tracking that it is lost in the mail. I asked seller to cancel and resend. They ignored. Still have not received. Photo of tracking history attached. Item was even in Phoenix yesterday and now has gone on to California. Complete BS.

I'm giving them a neutral because they at least tried to help. One of the key housings I ordered was defective. They sent me another, but it wasn't the one I originally ordered, so I couldn't use it. They aren't that expensive, so I'm not too upset. I just hate that I have to order another one from someone else. I'm only out about 14 bucks, so not too bad.
