      Powers the 4000 without having to renew everything

      I got this as the original TP4000 model is no longer made and would have involved exchanging the big RF box as well as the remote thermostat. Luckily this 5000 also obsolete thermostat though is still available and works with the RF box. It has delayed the inevitable scrapping of both for another day.

      Effective control

      Not expensive and easy to fit with a generous wall box. Programming is easy but there are only 4 switchings per day so only 2 heating periods. O K for normal use

      Danfoss TP 5001 +rf

      Purchased as a replacement for a damaged unit. Reconditioned but appears “as new” Required the date and time setting and then linking with receiver at the boiler. Both these procedures can be found on YouTube and are easy to follow. Had mine installed in 20 minutes.

      Nice if I had got it delivered

      This product was supposed to be delivered on 22/23rd August, Not Delivered. Then on 4/5th September Not delivered. Still waiting. Then asked to rate the product which I HAVE NOT YET RECEIVED. Good job it is not the middle of winter !!!!
