Laptop received, power light came on on power button but screen black, no desktop, no icons. Seller would not accept return and accused me of theft! Opened return with eBay, Appealed through PayPal and my credit card company reversed the charge! I am now returning to eBay as part of their eBay Money Back Guarantee so it appears eBay is eating this one as opposed to the seller. Posted a picture of a laptop showing a desktop but who knows when where that was taken! BUYER BEWARE WITH THIS SELLER

The item was as described, the price was reasonable and the product is functional, but that is where the positives end. The shipping was slow (4 business days from the time the order was submitted). Also, just the bare board was packed in a small cardboard box, no static protection at all. I'm not even sure whether this is new or a resale. Fortunately it seems to work fine, so all's well that ends well.
