I needed real and natural gemstone, not synthetic or lab-created or other materials such as glass, plastics and fiber.
And using term “natural” in your post provided wrong information. It’s a misleading and fraudulent activity.
As I don’t want this item anymore, return the item at your cost, and please arrange refund.
